As IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer satisfaction and product quality. You'll dive deep into client needs, effectively prioritise tasks, and analyse bugs and issues to foster improvements. Your contributions will extend to testing task implementations and engaging directly with clients during go-live event planning and project executions. With your strong analytical skills and proficiency in both Estonian and English, you'll communicate seamlessly with clients and team members, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
About the role
In this role you will:
Plan, execute and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
Collect business input and analyse business and user needs.
Define scope of development and support the development life cycle.
Compile documentation and provide analysis to implement solutions.
Groom all feature related tasks together with the team and prioritise requirements.
Conduct post project evaluation/retro.
We are looking for you if you have:
Previous experience in IT project management, preferably from Finance/Insurance field
Experience in data analysis to derive actionable business insights.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development life cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Estonian and English, with a strong ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
