About the role

We are looking for a growth-focused Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS business to build our Poland insurance broker and agents software sales strategy and operations. In addition drive the execution to meet our ambitious revenue and sales growth targets in Poland. 

The CSO will:

  • Own the sales strategy and be accountable for driving profitable growth through customer acquisition, expansion and retention. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, by working towards understanding their business needs and objectives in depth. 

  • Drive the Broker Unit customer acquisition strategy with a positive and efficient buyer experience from initial engagement through purchase completion. 

  • Lead and build our Sales team in Poland, with a strong emphasis on people management and building a high-performing team. 

  • Work in strong cooperation with our marketing team and possibly also lead our marketing team.

The ideal CSO candidate will need to be: 

  • Confident, well-spoken leader who is structured, intelligent, results-focused, data-driven, tech-savvy and excellent storyteller. 

  • Experienced in developing sales strategies that have helped put their company ahead of the competition. 

  • Capable of conducting research and analysing raw information from various data sources. 

  • Technologically savvy in using CRM software to monitor sales activities and generate reports to understand what's going on behind the scenes. 

  • ConsumerCustomer-oriented, people person with a commitment to delivering excellence to customers. 

  • Dedicated to quality and capable of working independently as well as with others. 

  • An exceptional people manager with proven skills in recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
