About the role
The Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) is part of Insly management team and works in strong cooperation with other executives and board members being responsible for the “what”, “why” and “how” of the product.
The role requires understanding of the business problems Insly is trying to solve and capability of analysing whether our solution does it well.
In this role it’s crucial to build and lead a strong cross-functional team across product, engineering and AI.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Insly’s product, engineering and AI teams (approx. 40 people).
Develop team structures and establish performance metrics tailored to each team's objectives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Develop and execute Insly’s product strategy in alignment with business goals.
Define product vision, roadmap and set priorities.
Drive product innovation by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback.
Envision, plan and lead AI related and through AI innovations to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, engineering, AI, also marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Ensure the scalability, security and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on our products and business.
Communicate product and technology strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organisation.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
Proven track record of success in product management and technology leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Sufficiently strong technical background to be able to work with engineering leads.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
