As Sales Development Representative in Insly you will play a vital role in generating and identifying qualified leads, as well as nurturing them into the sales funnel. You will be responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads, and handing them over to Sales Executive to close the deal.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! 

Position is full time and based in Tallinn, Estonia or remotely within the EU.

About the role

In this role you will: 

  • Identify and generate quality leads, reaching out and connecting with prospects.

  • Develop new business via established channels (Sales Navigator etc.) and compelling events.

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication (incl. follow-up) in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Work together with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly and yearly revenue goals.

 We are looking for you, if you have: 

  • Previous experience as Sales Development Representative.

  • Native level English skills, additional language skills are a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal.

  • Passion for talking to leads and cold calling does not make you afraid.

  • Active listening skills.

  • Empathy and self-awareness.

  • A flair for creativity.
