We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to act as a strategic partner to our Head of Sales, supporting complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes with enterprise clients in the insurance sector.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our sales strategy by developing business cases, managing core sales content, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and clients, and supporting data-driven decision-making through clear reporting.
A well-organized and detail-oriented person in this role will play a key part in doubling our sales execution capacity and significantly reducing sales cycles.
Your role will span three key areas of responsibility:
1. Business Analyst and Sales Engineer
Build robust business cases, model pricing, and quantify strategic value
Simulate various cooperation models using Excel/Google Sheets
Support discussions with actuarial, finance, and operations stakeholders on the client side
2. Sales Content Manager and Proposal Specialist
Create and refine proposals, decks, case studies, and RFP responses
Translate complex ideas and sales strategy into clear, professional materials
Maintain and evolve a reusable library of high-quality sales content
3. Deal Process Coordinator
Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) clean, accurate, and up-to-date
Monitor pipeline status, track follow-ups, deadlines, and responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external logistics: schedule meetings, gather feedback, ensure momentum
What success looks like
With structure, proactivity, and strong ownership, you’ll double our sales execution capacity and shorten deal cycles. Your contributions will free up our sales leadership to focus on high-value activities while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.
We are looking for you, if you are:
Experienced in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Consulting, or Project Management in a B2B setting
Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
A strong communicator, clear, structured, and business-minded
Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
