The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads. This role involves managing content creation, overseeing social media channels, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing.

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement content strategies.

  • Manage the workflow of content from idea to publishing.

  • Manage and update social media profile, mainly LinkedIn and X.

  • Oversee CRM management (Hubspot).

  • Create and edit marketing materials.

  • Conduct market research.

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics.

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with freelancers and external partners in content writing and SEO.

  • Create and distribute marketing emails and newsletters.

  • Optimise website content for SEO.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Skills you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and marketing tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
