As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring our brand reaches a wider audience. You will have the chance to work closely with world-class marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various marketing aspects. We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and self-driven individual with a passion for marketing.
About the role
In this role you will:
Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing activities.
Manage and update our social media profiles, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
Assist in the management of our CRM (Hubspot), including segmenting our audience and creating workflows.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and other promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Liaise with our freelancers in the content writing and SEO domain.
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and projects.
Create and send marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Assist in optimising website content for search engines and contribute to website updates.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our employer branding efforts, helping to create a positive and appealing image of our company to attract top talent.
Skills you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (ideal but not mandatory).
Native level English language skills, both written and spoken.
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in the field of marketing.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, a CRM platform e.g. Hubspot and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
