As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer satisfaction and product quality. You'll dive deep into client needs, effectively prioritize tasks, and analyze bugs and issues to foster improvements. Your contributions will extend to testing task implementations and engaging directly with clients during go-live event planning and project executions. With your strong analytical skills and proficiency in both Estonian and English, you'll communicate seamlessly with clients and team members, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
About the role
Main Responsibilities:
Analysing client requests, setting priorities, and creating tasks.
Analysing client issues/bugs.
Communicating with partners and clients about developments.
Preparing, delivering, and billing reports.
Testing created tasks.
Planning go-lives and notifying clients.
Participating in projects, assisting in analysis, planning, and execution.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written proficiency in Estonian and English.
Technical thinking, strong analytical skills, courage, and good communication skills.
A willingness to delve into client issues and assist them.
Excellent computer skills.
Accuracy, correctness, independence, accountability, and positivity.
Experience with Atlassian product family (JIRA SD, Jira Software, Confluence).
Experience in insurance sector is a plus.
