We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to develop innovative tools for the insurance industry. You will build great user experiences, write and maintain scalable code, and ensure code quality and performance. Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), React, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS deployment, and REST API optimization is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset.

What you will be doing:
Design and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
Write, maintain, and evolve clean, modular, and scalable code.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and reliability.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, analysts, and fellow developers.
Actively contribute to discussions to identify the most efficient and practical solutions.
Support and mentor teammates, fostering a strong and collaborative engineering culture.
Skills you will need to have:
Strong backend experience with PHP (Laravel) and frontend development using React.
Proven experience working with PostgreSQL and Docker in production environments.
Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining solutions on AWS.
Solid understanding of designing, building, optimising, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
A proactive, can-do mindset combined with strong critical thinking skills.
Clear and confident verbal and written English communication.
