We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help us rapidly scale up our sales to the Insurance Brokers segment. You will play a vital role in supporting our Insurance Broker clients throughout the sales process. 

Starting salary: EUR 1500 net

About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting communication by acting as the primary contact for clients, ensuring polite and professional communication. 

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our IT solutions, and conduct product demo. 

  • Keep our sales pipeline up to date, ensure timely follow ups, and document interactions. 

  • Prepare, craft and deliver product offerings to potential clients, emphasising the value and benefits of our IT solutions. 

  • Prepare accurate contract documents for potential clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 

  • Stay informed about our IT solutions in the insurance industry and adapt to new principles in online sales and marketing. 

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Professional and polite manner in client interactions. 

  • Motivated and proactive approach to client engagement. 

  • Experience in managing sales pipelines. 

  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on IT solutions in insurance. 

  • A degree in Communication, Economics, or Technology is preferred.
