We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically-skilled AI Implementation Lead to join our team.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving AI projects from initiation to successful implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our platform and create significant business value.

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Drive AI projects from initiation to implementation, including managing budget, timeline, resources, stakeholders, risks, and scope.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team consisting of Product Managers, Software Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and our clients to develop AI-driven solutions and features.
Actively learn and acquire a deep understanding of AI and machine learning techniques and technologies, applying this knowledge to various projects.
Leverage AI to improve our platform and deliver innovative solutions that provide significant business value.
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between AI project implementation and business objectives.
Lead and document project status meetings, create project plans, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Train and support users on new AI system implementations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in AI project management, including successful implementation and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated self-motivation and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.
