We’re seeking a talented Strategic Acquisitions & Finance Lead to partner with our CEO, Risto Rossar, in accelerating our growth through strategic acquisitions.
Beyond that, you’ll play a key role in shaping Insly’s future strategy, preparing materials to present to shareholders, employees, and future investors, while leveraging your expertise to influence broader financial management initiatives.

Your primary mission is to support our CEO in acquiring companies that fuel Insly’s expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify Targets: Research and pinpoint companies that align with Insly’s vision.
Reach Out: Initiate and nurture connections with potential acquisition targets.
Initial Analysis: Perform early-stage evaluations of targets for strategic and financial fit.
Collaborate: Work closely with targets to advance acquisition discussions.
Due Diligence: Lead financial and business due diligence to ensure sound decisions.
Presentations: Analyse and prepare very sharp and engaging presentations to communicate insights and strategies effectively.
In addition, we’re open to leveraging your skills in other areas—think financial management, investor relationships, budgeting, supporting the CEO with various strategy initiatives, and special projects—where your strengths can add value to Insly.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or financial analysis — ideally in tech or SaaS.
Sharp analytical skills to assess both acquisition targets and financial opportunities.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
A proactive, adaptable approach—ready to pivot between acquisitions and other financial tasks.
Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to create compelling, data-driven deliverables.
Expertise in financial modelling, due diligence, or broader financial management.
Flexibility: A part-time role what can turn into full-time role when you expand into other financial management or business development tasks.
