As a Customer Success Manager, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and collaborate with teams to implement solutions, while also taking a hands-on approach to ensure continuous improvements in their experience.
Responsibilities:
Engage with our existing customers, facilitate meetings and workshops to map out new requirements needed and -
make that happen.
Engage with our existing customers, listen to their concerns and worry points, find out what needs fixing and amending, and again - make that happen.
Have a proactive mindset and propose enhancements to improve customer experience.
Be hands-on and do some configuration and testing yourself as well.
Analyse, scope, groom, estimate, describe tasks, replicate errors, work together with developers and QAs – this is part of our everyday work, and we love it!
Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Success, IT project manager or similar role.
Understanding of IT system architecture with the ability to assess and analyse its individual components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
Proactive approach and excellent time management, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with Jira and other similar tools.
Previous experience in insurance is beneficial, but not necessary.
