We’re seeking a bold GTM (Go-to-Market) & Growth Lead to spearhead an ambitious expansion and skyrocket our revenue growth. Your mission? Build and execute an aggressive go-to-market strategy to sell FormFlow to all insurance companies, brokers, and MGAs, while also pivoting it into industries beyond insurance. You’ll start from scratch, rolling up your sleeves to do a lot yourself, then, as soon as you can show results, assemble a high-performing team to drive FormFlow from 0 to €1M ARR as fast as humanly possible. You will be responsible for:
Owning FormFlow's go-to-market strategy to effectively engage and convert our ideal customers.
Designing and overseeing the entire buyer journey, from identifying the right ICPs to turning them into paying customers.
Developing and executing scalable, data-driven growth initiatives that optimise lead generation and conversion.
Experimenting, iterating, and scaling GTM strategies to drive predictable revenue growth.
Identifying and implementing next-gen GTM technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and product strategies for maximum impact.
Testing, analysing, and iterating on GTM experiments to continuously improve acquisition, activation, and retention rates.
Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging GTM technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
We are looking for:
A data-driven mindset with a proven track record of revenue growth.
Experience in revenue operations, growth, or technical GTM roles.
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication.
Expertise in modern GTM tech stacks, including automation and analytics tools.
Ability to develop and execute scalable, data-driven GTM strategies.
Experience in lead generation, sales funnel optimisation, and conversion rate improvement.
Comfort with A/B testing, growth hacking methodologies, and data analysis.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
