As Product Manager you will conduct product research, analysis, and planning. Additionally, you will oversee the process from conception to market launch, ensuring it meets customer needs and business goals.

About the role
Responsibilities:
Conduct customer research and analyse market trends to identify pain points and business opportunities.
Gather and evaluate feedback from various sources (i.e., customer success, sales etc) to guide product development decisions.
Analyse usage data to identify customer engagement with different features.
Track KPIs and metrics to help prioritise initiatives and shape the product roadmap.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (i.e., Customer Success, Sales, Marketing) to align product goals.
Prepare product documentation, requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with development team and secure “on time” delivery of ongoing initiatives
Support the sales team with insights, data, and product knowledge.
Work directly with the CPTO, Senior Product Manager, and Project Manager to drive long-term product vision.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor analysis and assess business opportunities.
Strong skills in data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL.
Proven track record of using metrics to prioritise features and manage product roadmaps.
Customer-focused with the ability to translate needs into product features and analyse data for informed decision-making.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
