As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of our business within the insurance broker segment in Poland. You will work closely with brokers, multi-agencies, and key decision-makers, managing complex B2B sales processes and building long-term partnerships based on trust, expertise, and measurable business value. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on sales execution and has a direct impact on our growth in the Polish market.
Your responsibilities:
Responsibility for the development of sales in the insurance broker and multi-agency segment in Poland.
Managing the full B2B sales process: from working with leads and needs analysis, through solution presentation and negotiations, to contract signing.
Active sales via phone and email, online meetings, and direct meetings with clients (presentations, workshops, industry events).
Acting as a partner and advisor to clients, with a good understanding of how insurance brokers and multi-agencies operate.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Preparing tailored commercial offers and presenting them to decision-makers.
Conducting sales presentations, product demos, and webinars.
Developing existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
Managing your sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs in a structured, data-driven way.
Close cooperation with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
Our expectations:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in services, technology, or the insurance market.
Good knowledge of the Polish insurance broker market and the realities of working with brokers or multi-agencies.
Experience in conducting more complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to sell value and solutions, not only products.
Experience in working with sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
Very good knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive will be an advantage).
Independence, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within Poland and meet clients in person.
Fluent English and Polish skills.
Nice to have:
Experience working directly with insurance brokers or multi-agencies.
Knowledge of IT or SaaS solutions.
Existing contacts in the insurance broker community.
Experience in a product or scaling organisation.
Category B driving license.
