As a People Partner, you will be a versatile and proactive HR professional responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions. You will serve as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, playing a key role in shaping a great employee experience from day one.

What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and documents in HiBob, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Assist in employee training and development initiatives, helping to identify learning needs and coordinate relevant programmes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
Support managers with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Support compensation and benefits administration.
Help prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian labour law, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations and supporting managers through HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS is a plus.
