As a People Partner, you will be a versatile and proactive HR professional responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions. You will serve as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, playing a key role in shaping a great employee experience from day one.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of HR - where no two days are the same and your impact is felt across the entire organisation.

About the role

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. 

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. 

  • Maintain and update employee records and documents in HiBob, ensuring data accuracy and security. 

  • Assist in employee training and development initiatives, helping to identify learning needs and coordinate relevant programmes. 

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture. 

  • Support managers with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans. 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations. 

  • Support compensation and benefits administration.  

  • Help prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role. 

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian labour law, and regulations. 

  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and supporting managers through HR processes. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion. 

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities. 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 

  • Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS is a plus.
