We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to act as a key bridge between our sales, marketing, and product teams. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on accelerating our sales process by ensuring that technical capabilities and commercial messaging are aligned at every step of the buyer journey.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing Managers, and Implementation Managers to translate our product’s technical strengths into compelling value propositions. You’ll help shape sales enablement tools, refine messaging based on product capabilities, and ensure our go-to-market motion is cohesive and scalable.

If you’re someone who understands both how to sell and how the product works, and you enjoy aligning storytelling with substance, this role is for you.

About the Role

What You'll Do:

  • Crafting Email Strategies: Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to nurture leads, drive customer acquisition, and boost engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

  • Audience Segmentation: Build and manage audience segments, ensuring healthy and compliant contact lists.

  • Creating Engaging Content: Write and design email campaigns, including A/B testing with compelling copy and visuals that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.

  • Showcasing Writing Versatility: Adapt writing styles to suit different audience segments, from formal and professional to conversational and approachable, while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Automation & Workflows: Create and optimise workflows, leveraging HubSpot to personalise and automate the customer journey.

  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and use insights to improve ROI and user experience.

  • ABM Campaigns: Design Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting specific companies and driving high-value engagement.

  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to elevate the monthly newsletter and maintain a consistent narrative across all communications.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience: Several years in email marketing, CRM management, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with email deliverability tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with Clay is a significant advantage; experience with tools like Instantly, SmartLead, or similar platforms that enhance email deliverability is also valuable.

  • HubSpot Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot is required, with experience in segmentation, personalisation, and automation strategies.

  • Extremely Strong Writing Skills: A proven ability to craft compelling, engaging, and error-free copy for email campaigns.

  • Writing Versatility: Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and scenarios, from formal B2B communications to more conversational approaches.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: A sharp analytical eye to measure performance and optimise for better outcomes.

  • Creativity & Innovation: A knack for thinking outside the box and finding new ways to engage with diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working across teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Bonus: Experience in the insurance or insurtech industry.
