At Insly, our Account Managers help customers get the most out of our insurance software platform. Whether you join as a Junior, Mid-Level, or Senior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, coordinate delivery with our technical teams, and ensure a smooth and valuable experience throughout their journey with us.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working at the intersection of business and technology.
Depending on seniority, responsibilities range from day-to-day operational support to full ownership of strategic customer relationships and leadership in delivery coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Across all seniority levels:
Build strong working relationships with customers and understand their business and technical needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage requirements, resolve issues, and support product delivery.
Assist customers with onboarding, training, and effective use of the Insly platform.
Track and document customer requests, feedback, and progress.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, system usability, and overall value.
As seniority increases:
Manage your own portfolio of customers with increasing independence.
Lead customer meetings, requirement sessions, and adoption planning.
Take ownership of larger or strategic customer accounts.
Act as the main escalation point and internal advocate for your customers.
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying value-driving improvements.
Mentor junior team members and support best practices within the team.
At Senior level: step in as backup for the Client Delivery Lead when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or IT Project/Delivery Management (level depends on seniority).
Ability to understand IT system architecture and technical concepts.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
