As a Technical Account Manager at Insly, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in the insurtech industry. The role combines daily customer success activities with project management, helping customers maximise the value of Insly's products. You will engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs, manage ongoing projects, address product-related questions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experience and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Engage with our existing customers and facilitating meetings to map out new business and technical requirements—then ensure they are successfully implemented.
Listen to customer concerns and challenges, identify areas for improvement, and proactively drive solutions to enhance their experience with Insly.
Take a proactive approach by proposing enhancements that optimise system performance, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Be hands-on with system configuration and testing to ensure smooth integrations and product functionality.
Analyse requirements, define scope, refine tasks, estimate effort, document solutions, replicate issues, and collaborate closely with developers and QAs—this is part of our daily work, and we love it!
Requirements:
Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, IT Project Manager or similar role.
Understanding of IT system architecture with the ability to assess and analyse its individual components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
Proactive approach and excellent time management, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with Jira and other similar tools.
Previous experience in insurance is beneficial, but not necessary.
