As an Implementation Specialist at Insly, you will play a hands-on role in bringing Insly's platform to life for customers. You’ll work directly with real businesses, configure the system to match how they operate, and help them go live successfully.
This is a practical, customer-facing role that blends business understanding, technical configuration, and problem-solving. You’ll be part of a supportive delivery team, learning fast, building real expertise, and making a visible impact on every implementation you touch.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Insly's platform for new customer onboardings and product enhancements.
Translate business needs into clean, reliable system setups.
Support data setup, testing, and go-live preparation.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and improve setups as you go.
Work closely with Implementation Managers, Leads, and Account Managers.
Document configurations and contribute to better, faster delivery practices.
Help customers understand and use what you’ve built for them.
Requirements:
Experience implementing or configuring SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
Experience working in delivery-oriented or customer-facing technical roles.
Ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical setups.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Fluent English skills.
