As a Product Solution Specialist at Insly, you will play a key role in configuring, customising, and delivering high-quality implementations of the Insly platform. Depending on your seniority, you will contribute to onboarding and enhancement projects by translating business requirements into scalable system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers adopt the product effectively.
This role combines business analysis, technical configuration, problem-solving, and close collaboration with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on configuration of the Insly platform based on customer requirements.
Translate business processes and functional needs into effective product setups.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of configured functionality.
Maintain documentation, templates, and implementation best practices.
Collaborate with Implementation Leads, Account Managers, developers, and QAs.
Provide guidance and training to customers on system use and configuration outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Solution Specialist:
Execute advanced platform configuration and customisation activities.
Serve as the primary technical implementer within the squad for complex deliveries.
Lead technical customer discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose scalable solutions.
Work closely with the Implementation Lead to ensure quality and consistency across implementations.
Mentor and provide oversight to Junior and Mid-level Specialists.
Drive standardisation, best practices, and repeatability in implementation processes.
Act as a key technical contact for assigned customers throughout onboarding and enhancement cycles.
Requirements:
Experience in product configuration, implementation, customer onboarding, or similar technical roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and client-facing technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Fluent English skills.
Additional Requirements for Senior Level:
Proven ability to independently manage complex configuration tasks and technical investigations.
Experience leading technical discussions with customers.
Ability to mentor less experienced specialists and ensure delivery quality.
Strong understanding of scalable solution patterns and implementation best practices.
