As a Client Delivery Lead, you will take full ownership of delivering successful outcomes for our customers, combining strategic project leadership, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of customer goals. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad that manages the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing adoption and long-term success.

Together with your squad, you will be guiding customers through the implementation and ongoing use of Insly’s insurance software for Insurers and MGAs. Your customers will be located in Poland as well as across the world, giving you exposure to a diverse range of delivery environments, business models, and strategic needs.

This is a senior role for someone who is credible, authoritative, and confident leading complex customer engagements from start to finish. You will be the main face to the customer, guiding both the relationship and the delivery process to ensure high satisfaction and durable partnerships.

About the role

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full responsibility for project outcomes, including scope, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead a cross-functional squad consisting of product solution specialists and account managers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing Insly in all key discussions.

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency.

  • Manage delivery at a high level, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical execution.

  • Visit customers in person to strengthen collaboration and understand their business context.

  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver additional value.

  • Drive customer outcomes by ensuring successful adoption, utilisation, and measurable impact.

  • Operate in a hybrid role, bridging delivery leadership and strategic account management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery or implementation projects in a SaaS, IT, or consulting environment.

  • Strong credibility and presence, you can confidently guide senior stakeholders and complex discussions.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects on track.

  • A focus on customer outcomes, not just project outputs.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.
