As Configuration Specialist, you will configure the Insly SaaS platform to align with client requirements, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support testing.
You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to project planning. This role is well-suited for junior developers and analysts looking to grow in software configuration and implementation.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
Configuring Insly SaaS platform to meet client needs.
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system setups and configurations.
Troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Supporting testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth user experiences.
Maintaining documentation to support knowledge sharing and system improvements.
Contributing to project planning by assisting with timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
We are looking for:
Technical proficiency in system configuration, software tools, or related technologies (i.e. JSON)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize system setups.
Basic understanding of software development or configuration principles (experience with SaaS platforms is a plus).
Attention to detail and accuracy in configuration and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow in software configuration.
